De Re Art Gallery

When approaching the redesign of the De Re Gallery, creating extra wall space for artwork while keeping the space open was the biggest challenge. Wasting a wall on a storage room door was never an option, so Nicole had her Sassy Team turn that wall into a door! As a result, when the door is open, the gallery gains two additional walls to hang beautiful artwork!

Veer Towers are twin 37-story, 480-foot (150 m), residential towers located within CityCenter on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada.

Vivendi Burbank Offices

Universal City Plaza (10 UCP) is a 35-story, 154.23 m (506.0 ft) rhombic skyscraper in the Universal City/Studio City and Burbank Media District submarket of Los Angeles, California. The tower was completed in 1984 by Hathaway Dinwiddie, and was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, and contains 820,000 sq ft (76,000 m2) of office space.

Maury Abrams Office Building

The Maury Abrams office was a very personal project for Nicole. It was designed with the spirit of her late friend and honors his legacy. Though he was no longer here physically, his love for old Westerns and country style is felt in every story and warm wood used in the office space - all 10,000 square feet of it!

Malibu Recording Studio

When designing this recording studio with Kenny Nilsen and Steven Klein, finding a way to store over 30 guitars with no closet space was first on the to-do list. Nicole and Kenny found a way to build dream niches with lighting to showcase the guitars. Once they found a way to create art, cool lighting, and fabulous storage for these rare beauties, the rest of the design was like music to the ears!
